The paintings are unframed.
I like my paintings to grow out of the wall. I paint the sides, the top and the bottom as part of the artwork. The canvasses are designed to be viewed from all angles.
Yes. Each painting is strung ready to be hung on your wall.
Your artwork will also arrive with the correct screws and detailed information on how to handle and hang your artwork. Some of the canvasses are substantial, so we want to make sure you hang them without damaging the artwork, your wall, and more importantly, yourself. You can contact us via our Contact Us page if you have any questions about where and how to hang your artwork.
Yes. Each painting comes with a certificate of authenticity detailing the individual artwork which can be used for insurance purposes.
Deliveries within the UK, (including Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland) are free.
Yes we do. The cost of international delivery varies depending on the size and weight of the artwork and whereabouts in the world you would like it to be delivered. Before you purchase your artwork, get in touch via our Contact Us page and we will work out your individual delivery/shipping costs.
Our standard delivery time within the UK is 3-5 working days. Obviously at certain times of year including Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays, it will take slightly longer.
We create a bespoke wooden packing crate for each individual artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
We only use reputable, trackable national couriers to deliver your purchase. You will receive a consignment number as soon as your artwork has been despatched which will enable you to track the painting directly from leaving us to your doorstep.
You can make payment using all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. You can also pay via Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept payments using Paypal.
All of my current work is exclusively available for sale online.
I do accept commissions for fire paintings and wild grasses, which I paint at varying times of the year.
As each series involves a very particular studio set up and specialised medium, I can only paint commissions as part of the series that I'm currently working on. You can find out what that is from my studio blog or social media pages. Simply use the Contact Us page to get in touch and we will work with you to create an artwork to your requirements.
If you would like a wild grass or fire painting and I'm not currently creating them, I will happily paint your commission as soon as I am. Just get in touch and we can book in your commission.
As always, the best option is to drop us a line and my wife, Amanda, who has the unenviable task of trying to manage me and my time, will do her level best to get you the painting you want.
I am always interested in creating brand new work for multiple or large scale commissions whether private or corporate, so just get in touch if you have a project in mind.
We can arrange viewings at my Teesdale studio by prior arrangement. Simply get in touch via our Contact Us page and we will organise a time for you to come on over.
It is a working studio, so expect lots of creative mess but we will be delighted to help you find the right painting and brew you a mighty fine cup of coffee.
If you don't live too far away from the studio, we will happily bring artwork to your home or workplace so that you can see it in situ before making your purchase. Just drop us a line via our Contact Us page and we will organise it for you.
Not a problem. We offer a 14-day money back trial period. If you change your mind simply get in touch within 14 days from the day you receive your artwork via our Contact Us page.
We will refund the price paid for the artwork within 14 days of receiving the artwork back at the studio in the same condition in which it left us.
Return delivery will be at your own cost and you must ensure the artwork is returned in its original packaging. We will arrange for a courier to collect the artwork from you and deduct the cost of return delivery and insurance from your original payment.
When the courier arrives with your painting, please take a few moments to check the packing crate. In the very unlikely event of damage to the crate, please do not accept the package and it will be returned to our studio. Please notify us of your actions immediately via our Contact Us page. It would be useful if you were able to photograph the package. We will refund you the full amount upon receipt of the package from the courier.
In the unlikely event of damage to the painting during transit, please retain all the original packaging and notify us via our Contact Us page immediately.
Please ensure that you follow the clear instructions on the outside of the packing crate on how to remove the painting. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs to the artwork once it has been delivered to you.
